Terms and Conditions

  1. Rental Agreement: By renting a motorbike from the Company, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the Renter) and the Company.
  2. Rental Eligibility: To rent a motorbike, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license recognized in Thailand. The Renter must also provide a passport or valid identification card and a security deposit as specified by the Company.
  3. Security Deposit: A security deposit is required for all motorbike rentals and will be refunded to the Renter upon return of the motorbike in its original condition. The amount of the security deposit will vary depending on the type of motorbike rented and is determined by the Company.
  4. Rental Period: The rental period begins and ends at the specified times agreed upon in the rental agreement. Any extension of the rental period must be approved by the Company and may be subject to additional charges.
  5. Motorbike Condition: The Renter agrees to inspect the motorbike prior to taking possession and report any existing damage or defects that are not indicated on the rental form to the Company. The Renter is responsible for returning the motorbike in the same condition as when it was rented, normal wear and tear excepted.
  6. Use of Motorbike: The motorbike rented from the Company is for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes or activities prohibited by law. The Renter agrees to operate the motorbike in accordance with all applicable traffic laws and regulations.
  7. Insurance: The motorbike rental includes basic insurance coverage. The Renter has the option to purchase additional insurance coverage for comprehensive protection against damage, theft, and personal injury. Details of insurance coverage and premiums are available upon request.
  8. Outside of Phuket: If you plan to leave Phuket on the motorbike, the Company will not reimburse costs for transporting the motorbike to a mechanic. The Company will assist the Renter.
  9. Return before end contract: If you choose to return the bike before the end of the rental term, and there is no damage to the bike or you have insurance coverage, you are entitled to a partial refund of the deposit, amounting to 500 Baht.
  10. Loss of key: In the event of losing the key, there will be a charge of 300 Baht for a regular key and 4,000 Baht for a remote key replacement.
  11. Damage to helmet: A fee of 300 Baht will be incurred for the loss of a helmet or significant damage to the helmet.
  12. Fill up fuel tank: It is your responsibility to ensure that the motorbike's fuel tank is full before returning it.
  13. Fines: You assume full responsibility for any fines issued by the police for driving without a helmet or an international driving license. Such fines must be settled by you directly.
  14. Maintenance: Maintenance of the motorbike is the responsibility of the rental company and will be conducted at least once every four months, at the expense of the rental company. However, you are responsible for transporting the motorbike to a designated location agreed upon by both parties for maintenance purposes.
  15. Loss or Damage: The Renter is responsible for any loss or damage to the motorbike during the rental period, including but not limited to accidents, theft, and vandalism. The Renter agrees to reimburse the Company for any repair or replacement costs incurred as a result of such loss or damage.
  16. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental start time may be subject to a cancellation fee. The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
  17. Indemnification: The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the Renter's use of the motorbike or breach of this agreement.
  18. Jurisdiction: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Phuket.
