To cancel your booking, please send us a message via email, WhatsApp, or Line with your name. Our team will promptly assist you with the cancellation process.

  • How do I open the seat on a scooter? To open the seat on most of our scooters, simply insert the ignition key and turn it to the 'OPEN' or 'SEAT/FUEL' position, depending on the scooter model. Then, press the 'SEAT' button and lift the seat.

What type of fuel should I use for the motorcycle, and where can I buy it? Please use 91 or 95 gasoline to refuel the motorcycle. You can find this type of fuel at any gas station.

Where can I park the motorcycle? You are allowed to park on the side of most roads, but avoid areas marked with red and white or yellow and white stripes, as these indicate no parking zones. If you park incorrectly and find the bike secured with a chain lock by the police, you'll need to visit the nearest police station to pay a fine. If you're unsure where the nearest station is, don't hesitate to ask a local or a police officer on duty.

What should I do if I get a flat tire? Our motorcycles are equipped with good quality tires maintained at the correct pressure. However, maintaining them during your rental is your responsibility. If you experience a flat tire, visit the nearest mechanic—there are plenty throughout Phuket and other parts of Thailand. Locals are generally very helpful and can direct you to a nearby mechanic. If you're stranded and unable to reach a mechanic, contact us for assistance or a replacement bike, though please note that you will be responsible for the costs of repairs and any rescue operations.

What should I do if I can't start the motorcycle? If the motorcycle won’t start, follow these troubleshooting steps:

    • Ensure the key is turned to the ignition position.
    • Check the fuel level.
    • Make sure the kickstand is fully retracted; try lowering and raising it again.
    • Press both brakes firmly and attempt to start the motorcycle.
    • Check the battery condition. Remember, the motorcycle’s battery is smaller than a car's and can be drained quickly if the lights are left on without the engine running. It is your responsibility to manage the bike's battery. If you suspect the battery is dead, seek help from a nearby mechanic to jump-start it. If that fails, please contact us for further assistance.

  • To rent a motorbike, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driving license issued in your home country or an international driver’s license (recommended).. Additionally, you need to provide a passport or valid identification card and a security deposit as specified by P&C Rental.

  • Are the motorcycles insured?

Yes, all our motorcycles come with basic medical insurance at no additional cost. This coverage extends to all road accident victims, including drivers, passengers, and third parties. It covers bodily injury, health harm, and death but does not include property damage. The included insurance is basic and may not cover the full cost of treatment for serious injuries. Thus, we recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. However, note that insurance companies will only reimburse medical costs if you possess the appropriate motorcycle driver's license.

What is preliminary and maximum compensation?

For detailed information about insurance coverage limits, please refer to the insurance company's website directly at RV&P Insurance.

What if I damage a motorcycle?

All bikes are provided in excellent technical condition and are thoroughly checked with you before departure. You are responsible for returning the bike in the same condition it was given to you. Should there be any damage, repair costs are typically low, but you will be required to reimburse us for any damages incurred while the bike is under your care.

    Is additional insurance available?

Yes, we offer comprehensive motorbike insurance. Our coverage includes protection against damage resulting from accidents, whether involving just you or a third party. You won't be charged for any repairs to the bike under this insurance. However, please note that damages incurred while the driver is intoxicated are not covered.

Is there any insurance for property damage?

The insurance does not cover property damage. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers property damage resulting from road accidents in your home country. Please be aware that riding without a valid license, without a helmet, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs invalidates most insurance policies and is considered illegal.
